Furniture 5-Year Limited Warranty

(Classic Bed Frame, Classic Bed Frame with Headboard)

1. Scope of Coverage

Lifement™ warrants its furniture products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions for a period of five (5) years from the original purchase date.
Warranty coverage begins after the expiration of the authorized dealer’s return period and is valid solely for the original purchaser, who must retain the original proof of purchase.

2. Covered Manufacturing Defects

Lifement™, at its discretion, will repair or replace bed frames with qualifying manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:
2.1. Structural Failure: Bending, warping, or cracking of main support beams not caused by overloading or misuse.
2.2. Hardware Defects: Breakage or malfunction of screws, brackets, or connectors that prevent safe usage under normal assembly.
2.3. Weld Separation: Issues with welding that compromise the integrity of metal joints.

3. Proper Use Conditions

To qualify for warranty service, the product must be:
3.1. Assembled using original parts and instructions.
3.2. Used under normal household conditions on a flat, stable surface.
3.3. Supported with an appropriate mattress and not subjected to commercial use, excessive moisture, or overloading.

Minor creaking or settling over time is considered normal and not covered under warranty.

4. Exclusions and Limitations of Liability

This warranty does not cover:
4.1. Normal Wear and Tear – Dents, scratches, paint fading, or cosmetic changes.
4.2. Noise or Movement – Creaking or minor shifts from usage.
4.3. Assembly Errors – Damage caused during incorrect installation.
4.4. Neglect or Misuse – Including but not limited to jumping, dragging, exposure to water, or improper storage.
4.5. Unauthorized Alterations – Modifications or use of non-original parts.
4.6. Transportation Costs – All costs related to shipping, handling, or returns.

5. Warranty Validity and Exclusive Remedy

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser with a valid proof of purchase.
Tampering with labels, hardware, or structure voids this warranty.
If a defect is confirmed, Lifement™, at its sole discretion, may:
5.1. Repair the defective component
5.2. Replace the defective part or product
5.3. Offer a prorated refund based on age and usage

• Year 1: Full repair or replacement (excluding shipping costs)
• Years 2–5: Prorated support, where customer contribution increases with product age

6. Customer Responsibilities and Claim Process

To initiate a claim, the customer must:
6.1. Provide original proof of purchase
6.2. Submit clear photos or videos showing the issue and assembly
6.3. Cover all transportation and return-related costs
6.4. Maintain proper care, avoiding moisture, misuse, or unsupported modifications

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Lifement™, replacing all other warranties, whether expressed or implied.
Lifement™ disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose unless prohibited by law.
Under no circumstances shall Lifement™ be liable for:
7.1. Incidental or consequential damages
7.2. Loss of use
7.3. Product removal, inconvenience, or replacement costs

Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations.

8. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

This warranty is governed by the laws of the state where the product was purchased.
Additional rights may vary by location.
If any section is found unenforceable, the remainder remains fully valid.
